The client: Profimaler Hamburg

Profimaler is a painting company in Hamburg. The master craftsman's business enhances properties, paints new buildings, lays floors, and performs other skilled trades in addition to painting.

The briefing:

So simple, yet so difficult – "I need a new logo that clearly stands out from the competition and simultaneously conveys something truly special."

The idea:

The idea behind the new logo was to combine the wordmark with a pictorial mark depicting the charismatic owner with his trademark distinctive cap. All with a touch of Hamburg. The major challenge was maintaining recognizability with an extremely minimalist representation of his face.
